KNOCKOUT 2023 Vol.6 Results
Tokyo, Japan 9th December 2023 Maroons presented KNOCKOUT 2023 Vol.6 at Korakeun Hall. The main event featured RYUSEI (Japan) against Facu Suarez (Argentina) Kickboxing rules. In a back-and-forth battle RYUSEI had the upper hand and in the third round rocked Suarez with a left hook, right hand combo then a knee to the head knocking Suarez out. ISKA Argentine Champion Marcos Rios (Argentina) claimed revenge for his countryman against Bazooka Koki (Japan) under Muay Thai rules. In the second round Rios hurt Koki with a body shot, then connected with a head kick followed by a spinning backfist dropping Koki for an eight count, Koki got up in survival mode, Rios dropped him with a head kick for another eight count, in the dying seconds of the round Rios landed an elbow opening a large cut, Koki made it to the end of the round but retired on his stool refusing to come out for the third round, a TKO victory for Rios. ISKA Australian Champion Kaitlyn Vance (Australia) faced unbeaten rising star Panchan Rina (Japan) Kickboxing rules. Vance was game and took the fight to Rina, the Japanese girl forgot which rules she was fighting and landed an elbow cutting Vance, she battle on regardless but Rina had range and power and knocked out Vance in the third round. The main card was broadcast on Tokyo MX TV, matchmaking by ISKA Japan.
