Historic Professional Kickboxing Event Takes Place in Lviv
Lviv, Ukraine — May 3rd, 2026 — A historic night for Ukrainian kickboxing took place in the city of Lviv as ISKA Ukraine presented the country’s first evening of professional kickboxing competition featuring four national title fights.
The event showcased exciting action, early finishes, and high-level five-round battles, creating an unforgettable atmosphere inside the professional ring and marking a major milestone for the growth of kickboxing in Ukraine.
In the 59kg division, Julian Vozniak delivered a dominant performance by defeating Rostislav Leskiev via first-round stoppage.
Under Full Contact rules at 81.5kg, Bogdan Alakhverdiyev earned a hard-fought unanimous decision victory over Vitaly Glavach after five competitive rounds.
In the ISKA K-1 Rules title fight at 70kg, Alexey Frolov defeated Alexander Tsymbalyuk by unanimous decision following a tense and technical five-round contest.
The women’s ISKA K-1 Rules title bout at 57kg saw Natalia Leskov defeat Olga Ganushak by unanimous decision after an impressive performance across all rounds.
The successful event officially opened a new chapter in the history of professional kickboxing in Ukraine, highlighting the country’s growing talent and the continued expansion of ISKA competition throughout Europe.
