ISKA oriental Rouou title match was successfully defended by Ichiro Osaka. I joined the ISKA Japan members and was in charge of refereeing for the Second World War.

Referee duties were done under the supervision of Paul Hennessy (European Representative) and Paul Nicholas (ISKA Chief Referee).
