Tangshan, China 27th January 2024 WLF presented UP RISING POWER featuring ISKA Intercontinental Championship Kickboxing. The current K-1 WGP Heavyweight Champion Liu Ce (China) faced Sebastian Lutaniuc (Romania) to contest the ISKA Intercontinental Super-cruiserweight title 95kg. Liu Ce stopped Lutaniuc in the first round with his trademark calf kicks winning a TKO victory to take the ISKA Championship belt. The main card was broadcast live on national television network Henan TV.
