Gijon, Spain 30th November 2019 MEMORIAL XI Jesus Piguera was staged at the Pabellon La Tejerona. Spanish Champion Manuel Garcia (Spain) faced Toufik Taoufi who had stepped in to replace Issam Chadji. They contested the ISKA European Welterweight title 67kg K-1 Rules. Garcia won a unanimous decision to take the Championship belt.
