ISKA Queensland State Champion Ben Hawks (Fight Fit Academy) put his Middleweight 75kg K-1 rules title on the line against Joe Richards (Mountain Gym). Hawks was ahead on points going into the third round, during a heavy exchange Richards connected with a short right hand dropping Hawks, he got to feet for an eight count the referee was not convinced and wave it over, a TKO victory for the new Champion Joe Richards.
